Do I need a startup idea or team to apply?
No - we review and accept applicants as individuals or as teams (with or without a startup idea).
Can I apply if I’m non-technical?
Yes, if you don’t come from a technical background but have strong beliefs formed from working in industry we welcome you.
How does the founder selection process work?
Our initial conversation will allow us to get to know you as a candidate and answer any questions about the opportunities to co-found with us. Then, you will meet with key collaborators in a series of interviews and end with a virtual or in-person working session with us.
Do I have to relocate?
Yes - NPX TeraArk is based in LA, Seoul and Hanoi (you need to move to whichever city is closest to you). People we select relocate to join us from all over the world.
Will I get compensated while I am working at NPX TeraArk as a founder?
Yes, all co-founders at NPX TeraArk get a competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.
